Transform your office or home with interior wall wraps.
Wall Wraps: Create an impressive interior for your customers and staff.
You have many different options when it comes to decorating your office/home walls from traditional options like a simple paint job and framed decorations, to more elaborate displays such as monitors and custom artwork. At 1st Impressions Truck Lettering we can help you create an interior that is fully customized and something to be proud of at a reasonable cost, wall wraps.
A wall wrap is much like a vehicle wrap in that it is digitally printed and fully customizable to fit your needs. It is durable and easily washable so it will stay looking like new for years. If an area of the wrap is damaged, such as if you’re moving furniture and scrape it off, it is easily repaired. A section can be printed from the original file and applied, fixing the damaged area without the need for re-wrapping the entire wall and it will look exactly as it did when it was first installed.
The adhesive used when installing the wall graphic won’t damage your existing wall and is easily removed so it can be a great option for customizing a space with general ease. You can think of it as a full color, digitally printed sticker that covers your walls, desks, windows, pretty much any place you want customized.
Steps to get you your awesome wall wrap:
Measure:
Once you have decided you want to improve your work space (living space) with a wall wrap the first step in making a custom design is to measure the area or item you want wrapped. This can be one small area, an entire wall, multiple walls, furniture, or your entire facility.
Look at surface types:
Now that we know where you want your wrap to be placed we have to determine the different types of surfaces from metal and glass to drywall or brick we make sure we are using the right tools for the job.
Design:
With the area specified and measured it’s time to finalize the design. We can work with your pre-existing style guides, artwork, logos and company branding to make you something that will compliment your brand and location. If you aren’t sure what you want but have a direction we can also work with you to get something that you are proud to show your customers and help make your walls pop.
Print:
Our team will use our in house printers to create your wall graphic on 3M wall wrap films. With 3M you know we are using a dependable brand so you can trust it is worth your investment and will be available for the foreseeable future.
Prep the area:
Next we will clean the area that the wrap is going to be placed. Using a section of the surface type we do a “test run” with a test strip of the film. We then remove it after a short drying period to confirm satisfactory adhesion. Once we are satisfied with the installation characteristics we will clean the entire installation area and begin the final installation process.
Application:
Depending on the surfaces being wrapped we can use different methods to properly install your wall graphic. Our attention to detail in the preparation stage will ensure that your wrap is installed properly. The installation is much like applying a sticker to a vehicle, we place it and work out any air bubbles and manipulate it to work around any corners, cracks, or ridges in your wall to make the graphic smooth and clean.
Maintenance:
To maintain and keep your wall graphic clean is as easy as cleaning your walls. Of course you don’t want to use any abrasive substances or materials. But using non abrasive cleaners, such as soap and water will keep your wall wrap looking good if it happens to collect any dust or fingerprints. If your wall graphic was to get damaged or need to be updated it is easy to remove the damaged or outdated section and re-print the new section, then apply it to the wall making your wall graphic look like new again.
In fact creating an interior for your business that truly reflects your brand and message has never been easier with the use of a wall graphic. Past methods to get a full wall sized design involved hiring an artist to come and paint a labor intensive mural which could come out many different ways depending on the skill level, and would take extended periods of time. With a wall wrap what you see on the computer, such as a photograph, illustration or logo, will be printed exactly how it is displayed. So what you see is what you get, and in a fraction of the time.
